The world's top luxury car makers presented nearly one hundred new models at the Dubai International Motor Show on Tuesday. With the participation of over 150 exhibitors bringing 600 new cars to the show, this year's has become the largest in its history in term of scale. In the face of a luxury car-craving Middle East market, the global top brand auto makers are rolling out new customized, world-premiere products in limited quantity to catch customer's eyes at the show. British luxury sportscar maker Aston Martin presented the CC-100 Speedster concept car to celebrate its 100th anniversary. It also revealed its brand new Vanquish Volante, a grand tourer with a 100-kilometer-per-hour acceleration of 4.1 seconds and peak power of 573 horsepower. French auto maker Ettore Bugatti's new Bugatti Meo Costantini was one of the exhibits attracting the most attention at the show. As a tribute to the legendary racing car driver Meo Costantini who was a two-time winner of the Targa Florio in the 1920's, the sports car is the third model in the six-part edition "Les Légendes de Bugatti" being marketed. "Today, here we have world premiere of the Bugatti legend Meo Costantini. She was blue, because at that time, all the French racing cars were in blue," said Guy Caquelin, Regional Director of the Europe and the Middle East for Bugatti. "We have taken the blue color theme as well, and we have particularly polished aluminum on the car," he added. American car maker Hennessey Performance Engineering brought its sports car Hennessey Venom GT to the show. The car holds a Guinness record of accelerating up to 300 kilometers per hour within an astonishing 13.63 seconds. "We're limiting the production to around 30 cars, and we built 10 out this week. This car which is behind me right here actually was built for a customer in Bahrain, that's where he lives," said a sales executive of Hennessey Performance Engineering.
