OK I have to vent a little bit. This does not cover all the turns. What happens if you make a U-turn on a flashing yellow or solid green and a person making a right has a red? I know the arrow means right away, but what about the yielding green signal on left and yielding yellow signal? I have to say this is a flaw in the drivers education system that needs to be covered and the gap must be filled.

Did you idiot drivers out there listen to when he said to turn into the first lane you get to. NOT turn across other lanes to the one you want. So many drivers turn wide and take the lane from someone across from you that LEGALLY has a right to that lane. Morons! Two out of three big city drivers are too lazy and stupid to turn a little sharper to take the lane they are supposed to. It's probably the same profoundly ignorant ones who think speeding in big cities is a virtue.

You forgot one: "OR if you are an obstruction to other cars".
In otherwords according to your video, a car turning left with a left turn signal in the left lane and suddenly and ABSOLUTELY perform a U-turn while causing car behind them to slam on their brakes.
This is WRONG.. You CANNOT perform any u-turn if you are going to be an obstruction to the flow of traffic. If any car has to stop or slow down for you to perform a u-turn (in otherwords, possibly causing an accident), you CANNOT perform one. -
Quick question I have my road test soon and I don't want to fail on this simple error. If I want to turn right on a green onto a 3 lane road and the lane that I'm turning into is free of traffic however the other two lanes has cars coming. Should I wait until the entire intersection is clear or should I turn anyways since my corresponding lane is free of traffic? Or should I wait until my corresponding lane and the lane next to it is free of traffic?
