I Rented A Budget Las Vegas Ferrari Rental - Dubai
Videos | UAE | in Dubai | Revievs | Price | Luxury
Checked out the market in Vegas for exotic rental cars, only to find myself scratching my head. Since we are opening up Gotham Dream Cars in Las Vegas soon, I wanted to see what you get at the budget exotic car rental places that are giving away cars for free essentially. The answer is you get what you pay for. at $700 per day , 365x700 equals to $255500, rent it for 2 years and you got the car for free and than some

Me and my wide going to vegas this August and plan on renting a exotic car. Good review and info...
-
if I rent one of those I'm Gunna dog the shit out of it, burn outs, doughnuts and redline to redline from light to light. speed on the freeway etc. and put a few hundred miles on it and not give a damn
-
it's an rental car, and has probably been in 100 hip hip videos as an backdrop.
-
Wonder how many blue collar people can afford to rent one from ur company. since is top notch cars.
-
Used Gotham Twice....worth every penny...
-
Who cares dude you got a Ferrari for $600 for the day. Where the hell else are you gonna do that
-
So, do you think these guys charged a higher rate when the car was newer (lower miles), and scale down the fees as it's used and becomes worn? I mean, if you get 175 miles limit in the day, for $600, then they've already made $250k on the car (that's assuming everyone actually drove 175 miles). What I'm surprised to see is the actual quality of a Ferrari after only 73k miles. I mean I've got a 10 year old truck with over twice that mileage and in better interior condition than that.

What a spoiled bitch

Go get a Ferrari and get fucked afterwards. Those guy's will bullshit you afterwards with lame rules and fine print on the contact. If you do fall for the scam be prepared to pay 5 times the price. In life you ALWAYS get what you pay for. In this case they lure you with an interesting offer but in the long run you will lose the most money.

wow
-
its pretty odd how such an expensive car its falling apart with just 72k miles, while for example a rental focus or so, seems brand new at that point.
-
That kind of condition with only 75K? Really?
That's harsh. Particularly with the seat. I can understand engine performance issues on such finely tuned cars, requiring more maintenance, but all this thing is saying to me is.
Yes, corollas are indeed still regarded as fairly new at 75K. Yes. Toyota makes a better car than Ferrari. Yes. People who drive Ferraris have tiny balls. -
I think what's mostly important to take from here is this: When Rob was telling us about the dodgy nature of the people he rented this car from, and the apparent B.S. and fruity talk they were feeding him... it's quite apparent the people at that business have no issues lying or swindling a customer. Which means the $600 price is just for the customer... particularly to get them in the door, and just like any other slug bottom-feeding sidewalk-licking business, they're going to charge you left and right with hidden fees to make up the difference. With Rob pointing out all the quality issues and apparent negligence on maintenance, I wouldn't be surprised if most of the people who take it back- the business rats on the less careful customers about them and extorts the repair costs from them.
I'd be curious to ask Rob personally- if the cost to rent the car ended up being more than advertised after he brought the 458 back. I know Rob watches himself, but... did he fight any extra costs? Did they give him any hassles?
And I just took some time to read the comments... it is true that this is a Ferrari and the badge says it all, and in a place like Vegas... that's all that matters. And that Vegas is going to conduct business in this fashion, because that's just the lifestyle. Ferraris are chick-magnets and cars of image and flash, not cars of sport, character, luxury and pedigree. Even though... they are that?
Just kinda shows what kind of person you are really. And the care this car has earned in it's lifetime is a reflection of the people who own it and drive it. -
any issues with the return process?
-
so sad to see a ferrari abused like this :( thanks for the tip ....wont be renting an ferrari in vegas
-
Not bad the Ferrari never struck as a vehicle that could survive the perils of rental duty And turn a profit. Apart from body damage who takes the hit for a blown tranny or motor. Even if the customer is responsible how many could actually pay the bill.
-
My thought process is how cheap can I buy a Ferrari like that and fix it myself. I am a mechanically inclined person and I enjoy working on cars so for me it would be a cool project car, what are your thoughts?
-
Help me understand why it's important to dig into another luxury rental car company's business model. Clearly the company is renting a salvaged or reconditioned titled luxury sports car but who cares when you're behind the wheel of Ferrari 458! I mean, it's just a rental, bro!
