Part-exchange, finance options and servicing are all part of the innovative process • The platform is supported by a digital store in the heart of the shopping mall which aims to transform traditional methods of buying a car • The open-fronted store looks and feels not dissimilar to stores such as Apple or Argos’ new digital concept stores and features no sales desk or salespeople, and gives customers the ability to customise their chosen car via in-store apps • Coinciding with the launch, consumer research – also released today – reveals that almost 40% of people are more likely to buy a car if they can avoid talking to car salesmen. • Almost half say they would be more likely to buy a car if it was as easy as buying clothes, food and gadgets • Rockar and Hyundai have made a significant investment in the partnership which they hope will transform the car buying process
