The World's Greatest Modern Supercar Collection .... Updated! - Dubai
Videos | UAE | in Dubai | Revievs | Price | Luxury
A few years ago I visited the SBH Royal Auto Gallery in Abu Dhabi and at the time decided it fairly appropriately deserved the title of "The World's Greatest Modern Supercar Collection" as it features pretty much every hypercar from recent times. Yes, there are notable exceptions, but generally speaking most of the poster cars of my own generation are sat in this one gallery. During the Ferrari Club UAE parade to Yas Marina for the 2015 Grand Prix, I was able to return to SBH to take another look around, and see the latest additions that including: LaFerrari, McLaren P1, Porsche 918 Spyder and more. There is no question that this is one of greatest collection of modern cars; perhaps you could add a Ferrari 288 GTO, and I think a Koenigsegg or Pagani, or two, wouldn't go amiss, but there aren't many opportunities to enjoy a collection as strong as this! A huge thanks goes to both the Ferrari Club UAE, and also to the owner, ksn_11, for the hospitality and opportunity to visit. http://www.instagram.com/ksn_11 Thanks for watching, Tim Subscribe: http://bit.ly/Shmee150YT Website: http://www.shmee150.com Facebook: http://www.fb.com/shmee150 Instagram: http://www.instagram.com/shmee150

total price estimate w/ explanation and cars - 59.66 million usd (without the very first car, the mercedes benz prototype) - 35 cars
things to know, prices will depend on miles BIG time.
BTA = better than average
Prices rough estimate with some explanation :
"one of the first mercedes" - unknown, can't really be valued..
mercedes 300 sl gullwing $3 million usd - in 2012 one was auctioned off at 4.6 million but must have been in amazing condition. There are currently ones for sale on classicdriver that are being sold for an apparent 1.4 million. Since most car prices have sky rocketed since around 2010 it would seem that they would be a lot more than 4.6 million, but evidence only shows 4.6 and 1.4. So we'll call it even at a rough $3 million per gullwing.
bmw z8 alpina - 250-350k each depending on the miles and condition of course. Most range in the 290-310k range for BTA (better than average) condition.
Lamborghini reventon coupe $2 million - none are for sale at the moment, so hard to get a rough price estimate, but with pretty decent knowledge about past prices sold, their current market value is around $2 million flat.
Aston martin one 77 $3.35 mill- one being sold as of august 2016 for 3.35 million with only 1.7k miles. Pretty decent deal and I think that could be a bit higher of a price.
Aston Martin DB AR1 350k - conceptcarz has good graphs on the prices of this car, and it averages ~350k in year 2016.
Bugatti eb110 ~900k - can be found all over the web from prices of 800k-1m.
Bugatti Veyron 16.4 ~1.5m - this is a special edition of the car and I couldn't find much about the special edition ones, but you can bet that its going to be around 100-200k above a normal 16.4.
Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse WRC - $2.5-$2.7 million, a few being sold on the web, on classicdriver.
Bugatti Veyron SuperSport WRE - ~2.5 million. One was being sold in January of 2016 for 2.5 million. Which is fairly cheap for being only 5 in the world. Although with the Chiron coming around you can bet that most of the veyrons will drop in price.
Bugatti Veyron Special Edition - $2 million usd. Can't find a lot of information about this car, but it doesn't seem to be too "special", and with the chiron around the corner they will fall in price. 2 million usd might be a little generous, but it is definitely an achievable price.
Corvette Stingray 427 - ~400k - Most of the 427 stingrays being sold have 50-80k+ miles on them which is a lot, if we imply that this one has barely any miles on it, this will go for a lot more!
Ford GT 2005 - 300k, lots for sale
Jaguar XJ220 - 400k, ones in great condition are being sold for this price
Porsche 918 WESIACH package - $1.8 million usd
Porsche 911 GT1 - $4 million usd - one was sold for $3.1 million, this will just go up in price, especially since its become a road legal car. Probably will be $5 million by next year, depending on how many are sold.
Porsche Carerra GT - $800k - ones being sold from 600-1.1, this car is very dependent on how many miles is on it.
porsche gt2 rs - around $270k, many on the web
porsche 911 roadster - $250k, many on the web
Mclaren p1 - $2 million usd, many on the web
Mercedez Bens SLR 722 - one for 1k miles being sold for $790k.
Mercedez Benz SLR 722S - one being sold for 900k, bta ones mile-wise will go for $1million+
Mercedez Bens S. Moss - $2.8 million - ones can be sold from 2 - 4 million depending on which kinds they are/miles. Some are full carbon with stirling moss signatures on, and some are not. We'll just call it even at 2.8 million ish. Thats fair
Mercedez Bens black series - $250k - some are on the web
Mercedes SLS amg gt3 race cars - $300k, some are on racecardirect
Mercedes CLK GTR roadster - $4 million usd, one in 2014 was sold for 2.8 million. There is such a limited supply OF JUST SIX that I can really see somebody buying this for $4 million in a heartbeat if it was advertised. The market for these types of street legal race cars is just bursting at the moment.
Masareti mc12 $1.4 million usd- only a handful are being sold in the market at the moment, so hard to judge but $1.4 million sounds good. One being sold for $1.1m euro on romansinternational
Laferrari $3.1 million usd X 2- maybe losing a few hundred thou in value since aperta's release, but you can expect it to be around 3-3.1 million usd.
Ferrari Enzo - $2 million usd. Lots on the web
Ferrari F50 - $2.2 million usd - a few on the web, rising in price
Ferrari f40 $1.4 million usd - some are sold from 900k-2.1m. Like the CGT, very dependent on miles. A good one will go for $1.4 million usd
Ferrari 599 SA Aperta - $1.5 million usd, give or take 100-200k
Ferrari 599XX - $2.8 million usd. One hasnt been sold since 2011 and that was for 1.9 million usd so you can bet that it has risen. Probably more than 2.8 million usd, but definitely not by much with all the other super race cars in that range. 2.8 mill usd is a good bet.
Ferrari Sergio - $4.3 million usd - one being sold for that on supercars4agent. Sounds about right. -
Truly saddens me to see a perfect collection of cars not being driven, to just sit there. I do get it, that they stay there to look gorgeous, but all these are purebred machines, they are almost owed the right to blast through a track.
