This is the most ridiculous post I have ever seen.
Sha'ria law is what ISIS is trying to establish in Iraq and Syria.
It was the law of Afghanistan when the Taliban was in power.
Dubai is ran by royal families that love the western mentality , it is one of the richest cities in the middle east and it has a westernized style hence why they have all of those luxury cars. If their was Sha'ria law, people would be getting their heads cut off and stoned in public.
