13. in a case like this where the person really needs to get to a hospital, normally a helicopter is used rather then speeding through traffic.

16. the citizens in whatever city this is are so freaking nice. here in ATL people don't move over. the ambulance is forced to stop at stoplights and stop in traffic. it's kind of appalling
